Can I apply for a library card online?

Yes, you can apply for Cuyahoga County Public Library card using our online application form. Once you have completed the application process you can start enjoying our Digital Library immediately.
Eligibility requirements
- All Ohio residents are eligible to get a Cuyahoga County Public Library card.
- There is no age requirement to become a CCPL cardholder.
Before you can borrow physical items from CCPL you must provide a valid form of identification. Please contact your local branch for information on acceptable forms of ID.
