How do I reserve a meeting room?

Cuyahoga County Public Library offers a variety of physical and virtual meeting spaces.  

Meeting rooms

Our branches offer meeting spaces where groups can gather for cultural, civic, intellectual and informal educational engagement, free of charge. To reserve a meeting room, please read and accept our policy and rules, then search for an available meeting room by branch, date and time. Reserve a meeting room


Study rooms 

We have equipped our study rooms with video conferencing equipment so you can meet virtually with social services, health agencies or potential employers via Zoom, Skype, MS Teams or Google Meet. 

Study rooms can be reserved 1 week in advance, free of charge. They can be reserved up to 15 minutes before closing, once per day for up to 2 hours, during regular library hours. Learn more.  


The Sari Feldman Auditorium 

The Sari Feldman Auditorium at CCPL’s Parma-Snow Branch is the perfect venue for theatrical groups, recitals, concerts, meetings, speaker presentations, wedding receptions and other group events. The auditorium is available for non-profit, for profit, public and private bookings, on a first-come, first-served basis. Zoom rooms 

Our virtual Zoom Rooms can accommodate up to 300 participants and can be reserved for up to 2 hours at a time. Zoom Rooms are available 24/7, free of charge. Learn more
