Why can't I see the items I have checked out in my account?


If you aren't seeing the items you have checked out or your Borrowing History in your library account, it may be because you do not have a Home Library saved in your account. To add a Home Library, log into your account and click on My Preferences. Use the drop-down menu to select a Home Library that is convenient for you. Typically this is a location near your home or work.
