What happened to my print credits?

We recently updated our printer software, but don't worry - your print credits are still available. To use them you'll need to enter your library card number and PIN/password. Once you have used all of your remaining credits you'll be able to pay for any printing that exceeds the $1.00 daily allowance on a pay-as-you-go basis.
Please note: usernames are not supported to access existing print credits. You'll need to enter your exact library card number to use your credits.
If you do not need to access an existing credit balance you may use your library card number or username and your PIN/password.
